Product walkthrough
A short walkthrough of evidence-supported pipeline, assumption gaps, CRM contradictions, and deal-level forecast review.
What it is
Cairn Pipeline Analyzer is a free tool for enterprise sellers, sales leaders, and revenue teams who want to understand which opportunities are genuinely supported by buyer evidence and which are being carried by assumptions, stage labels, or seller optimism.
The problem
Enterprise opportunities often look healthy because the stage, close date, or seller narrative says they are. The analyzer looks for contradictions between that headline confidence and the underlying evidence.
That can include missing stakeholders, weak executive sponsorship, unclear next steps, stale activity, procurement uncertainty, or other gaps that make the forecast less reliable.
How it works
Start with the opportunities and the evidence currently attached to them.
Identify where CRM confidence is not matched by buyer behavior or deal evidence.
Separate what is known from what the team is still assuming.
Surface the next evidence that would most improve confidence in the opportunity.
Built around a point of view
The tool comes from a broader idea I write about often: enterprise deals move through buyer commitments, internal consensus, commercial proof, and next-step evidence—not because a seller changed a CRM stage.
